Almond Meringues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None egg whites
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    2 oz almond cookies, crushed to crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 200\u00b0F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
    Whip egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Gradually add sugar, whisking until smooth and glossy. Fold in cookie crumbs. Spoon teaspoonfuls of meringue onto prepared trays and bake for 2 hours.
