Lamb Kebabs (Koftas) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground lamb
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp each ground cumin and ground coriander
    1/2 tsp each ground ginger, cinnamon and hot paprika
    1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint
    1/2 cup plain yogurt
    None None Lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Combine lamb, onion, spices and half the mint in a large bowl; season. Shape into 8 sausages. Thread onto 8 skewers.
    Cook skewers, in batches, in a heated, oiled large skillet until browned and cooked through.
    Sprinkle skewers with remaining mint. Serve with yogurt and lemon wedges.
