Fruity Granola Energy Bar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 g dried apples, finely cubed
    25 g dried pineapple, finely cubed
    25 g dried dates, finely cubed
    50 g almonds, finely chopped
    40 g toasted soy flakes
    20 g millet flakes
    20 g pumpkin seeds
    20 g buckwheat
    50 g oatmeal
    125 g honey
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 medium egg white
    None None parchment paper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix the dried fruit, almonds, soy flakes, pumpkin seeds, buckwheat, millet flakes and oatmeal in a large bowl and mix everything well. Add the honey, vanilla extract and egg white and mix in.
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Spoon the mixture onto a large baking tray lined with parchment paper. With slightly damp hands press the mixture down and spread out into a rectangle.
    Bake for 20-25 minutes, until it is lightly browned and pressure-resistant. Remove and while still warm, cut into 12 pieces. Store the pieces in an airtight box. Separate the pieces with a layer of parchment paper, if you need to layer them into the box.
