Turkey And Swiss Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb turkey breast, chopped
    1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
    1 small red onion, finely chopped
    2 tbsp chopped parsley
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp oil
    8 slices Swiss cheese
    1 loaf ciabatta, split and cut into 8 pieces
    1/2 cup cranberry sauce
    3 oz pea shoots
Preparation
    Combine the turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg and garlic in a large bowl. Mix well, then season to taste. Shape evenly into 8 flattened patties. Place on a tray and refrigerate until ready to cook.
    Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook the patties, in two batches, for 5-6 mins each batch. Turn the patties over and top each one with a cheese slice. Cook for a further 5-6 mins.
    Spread half the bread with the cranberry sauce. Top with patties, pea sprouts and remaining bread.
