Sundried Tomato And Herb Clover Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz) box bread mix, like Fleischman's Simply Homemade
    1/4 cup sundried tomato pesto, plus 2 tbsp
    2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    1 None egg, lightly beaten with 2 tsp water
    1/4 cup unsalted butter
Preparation
    Prepare bread mix according to package instructions, adding 1/4 cup pesto and parsley. Cover and let proof for 30 mins in a warm place.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer dough to a lightly floured work surface and cut into 48 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and group in threes on baking sheet. Brush with egg wash. Bake for 13-15 mins, until golden. Combine butter and remaining pesto. Serve warm rolls with pesto butter.
