Egg, Prosciutto And Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    2 tbsp light brown sugar
    4 None eggs
    4 None Kaiser rolls, split
    4 oz fontina cheese, thinly sliced
    4 slices prosciutto
    8 None fresh basil leaves
Preparation
    For the tomato sauce, combine undrained tomatoes, vinegar and brown sugar in medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 mins. Season to taste.
    Preheat the broiler.
    Fry eggs in heated oiled skillet until cooked to desired doneness.
    Spread bottom half of each roll with about 1 tbsp of the tomato sauce. Place on a baking pan. Layer cheese and prosciutto on rolls. Broil until cheese starts to melt. Top each with 2 basil leaves, an egg, remaining tomato sauce and remaining roll half.
