Beef And Bean Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-2 tbsp sunflower oil
400 g minced beef
1 None medium onion, diced
1 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp hot chilli powder
400 g can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
400 g can baked beans
1 tbsp tomato puree
250 g bag chilli flavoured tortilla chips
100 g gouda, grated
None None Creme fraiche, to serve
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the beef and fry over a high heat for 2-3 mins, stirring. Mix in the onion and continue to cook for 2-3 mins. Mix in the paprika and chili powder, season with salt.
Mix the kidney beans, baked beans, and tomato paste into the frying pan and saute for 2-3 mins.
Arrange the tortilla chips in an oven-proof tray. Spoon over the beef mixture then sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10-15 mins until golden and bubbling. Serve with sour cream.
