Blueberry Meringues - cooking recipe

2 None egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp blueberry jam
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 250\u00b0F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Beat the egg whites and a pinch of salt until forming stiff peaks, gradually adding the sugar. Continue beating until the mixture is stiff and glossy and the sugar has dissolved.
Stir the jam until smooth and swirl through the meringue. Spoon in 10 blobs on the baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour. Reduce the oven temperature to 212\u00b0F and bake for another 1 hour. Turn off the oven and leave the meringues inside with the door closed until completely cooled.
