Chocolate Friands - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
    2/3 cup ground almonds
    1/2 cup plain flour, sifted
    2 tbsp cocoa powder, plus extra to dust
    1/3 cup canola or light olive oil
    1/3 cup milk
    3 None large egg whites, lightly whisked
    8 None mini egg-shaped chocolates, halved
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease an 8-hole friand pan.
    In a large bowl, combine powdered sugar, ground almonds, flour and cocoa. Make a well in the center.
    Pour oil and milk into well and stir until smooth. Fold whisked egg whites into batter until just combined. Spoon evenly into prepared pan. Top each with 2 Easter egg halves.
    Bake for 12-15 mins, until a skewer comes out clean. Cool in pan. Remove and dust with cocoa.
