Carrots With Spiced Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 None large carrots, peeled, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
5 tbsp butter
2 tsp honey
2 None scallions, sliced thinly
1/2 tsp allspice or ground cinnamon
Preparation

Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add the carrots and cook until just tender. Drain.
Heat the butter in the same saucepan. Add the honey, scallions and allspice or cinnamon, and cook, stirring, until the butter has melted. Return the carrots to pan and toss to combine. Serve.
