Wasabi Snapper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup mirin (rice wine)
3 None green onions, sliced
1 1/4 inches fresh ginger, finely grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp wasabi
2 tsp sesame oil
4 None snapper fillets
1 tbsp peanut oil
None None steamed rice, to serve
None None steamed baby pak choi, to serve
Preparation

Combine teriyaki sauce, mirin, onions, ginger, garlic, wasabi and sesame oil. Add snapper, turning to coat. Cover and chill for 1 hour, turning once.
Heat peanut oil in a large, nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Cook fish (reserving marinade) for 2-3 mins per side, until flesh flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove from heat. Serve with rice and and baby pak choi. Drizzle with reserved marinade.
