One-Pan Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    4 None pork sausages
    4 slices bacon
    1 None ciabatta roll
    8 None vine-ripened cherry tomatoes
    8 None eggs
    None None Tomato sauce, to serve (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large deep skillet on medium heat. Cook sausages for 5-6 mins, turning, until golden. Add bacon. Cook for 2-3 mins, until bacon is crisp and sausages are cooked through
    Break bread into croutons; add to pan. Cook for 1-2 mins, stirring, until golden and toasted. Add tomatoes to pan.
    Whisk eggs and 1/2 cup water in a large bowl. Season to taste. Pour over sausage mixture and cover. Cook for 8-10 mins, until just set. Serve with tomato sauce, if desired.
