Raspberry Kefir - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3.5 oz fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed if frozen
    3/4 cup kefir
    1/2 tbsp honey
    None Dash lime juice
    None Sprig lemon balm, as garnish
Preparation
    Set aside 3 raspberries and place the remainder in a blender with the kefir and honey. Puree, then stir in the lime juice and pour into a glass.
    Thread the raspberries and lemon balm leaves alternately on a skewer and lay across the glass as garnish.
