Shrimp Cocktail With Lime Aïoli - cooking recipe

40 None medium cooked shrimp (about 3 lb), peeled, deveined, tails left intact
3.5 oz baby arugula
None None Lime Aioli
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp lime zest
2 tbsp lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 None fresh small red Thai chili, thinly sliced
Preparation

To make the lime aioli, combine mayonnaise, lime zest, lime juice, garlic and chili in a small bowl.
Combine shrimp and arugula in a large bowl. Toss gently to combine. Distribute between serving plates and spoon aioli evenly on top. Serve.
