Carrot Salad With Spicy Asian Dressing - cooking recipe

6 None carrots, peeled and coarsely grated
2 None red peppers, deseeded and roughly chopped
4 sticks celery, diced
1 None red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 bunch coriander, leaves chopped
2 tbsp sesame seeds
20 g fresh ginger, peeled and diced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1/2 None lemon, juiced
4 tbsp sesame oil
Preparation

Mix the soy sauce, honey, lemon juice and ginger. Gradually whisk in the oil and season. Toss with the remaining ingredients and serve.
