Blueberry Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups self-rising flour
    5 oz blueberries
    1 1/4 cups buttermilk
    2 tbsp light olive or rice bran oil
    1 tbsp milk, to glaze
    1 cup vanilla yogurt, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0F. Grease and flour a baking sheet.
    Sift the flour and a pinch of salt into a large bowl, then add the blueberries. Make a well in the center and pour in the buttermilk and oil, mixing with a round-bladed knife to make a soft dough.
    Turn the dough out onto a floured work surface and pull together into a rough ball. Dough should remain uneven and not be shiny. Pat out to a 1 inch thickness using hands. Cut into 2 inch rounds with a floured pastry cutter, rerolling and cutting any scraps. Place on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with milk. Bake for 12-15 mins, until golden.
    Serve warm with vanilla yogurt.
