Chicken, Avocado And Watercress Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None chicken breasts, pounded thin
    1/4 tsp ground paprika
    2 tsp canola oil
    1 None avocado, peeled, pitted, sliced
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 None green apple, cored, sliced
    2/3 cup plain yogurt
    1 clove garlic, minced
    5.25 oz watercress
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Coat chicken with paprika and season. Heat oil in a frying pan and saute chicken for about 3 mins per side, until cooked through. Set aside to cool. Shred.
    Meanwhile, toss avocado with 1 tbsp lemon juice and apple. Set aside.
    For the dressing, whisk together yogurt, remaining lemon juice and garlic. Season. Set aside.
    Arrange watercress, apple, avocado, chicken and walnuts on serving plates. Drizzle dressing over top and serve.
