Wax Bean And Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz wax or green beans, halved crosswise
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 None red pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
    1/2 cup pitted olives
    1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, sliced
    1/4 cup shredded basil
Preparation
    Steam beans for 2-3 minutes.
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic, cooked beans and pepper; cook for 2-3 mins, tossing occasionally. Add olives and artichoke hearts; cook 1 min until heated through. Stir in basil. Season to taste.
