Fried Mushrooms With Bacon And Herbs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
1 2/3 lbs mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
10 strips bacon, diced
3-4 cloves garlic, crushed
4 tbsp oregano, chopped
Preparation

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the mushrooms and saute for 4-6 mins. Add the bacon and garlic and season to taste. Cook for 5-7 mins, until the mushrooms are soft and the bacon is golden. Sprinkle with oregano and serve.
