Greek Style Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg (7 oz) mixed baby greens
1 None cucumber, halved and chopped
4 None plum tomatoes, cut into wedges
6 oz feta cheese, cubed
1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
Preparation

Combine greens, cucumber, tomatoes, feta, olives and onion in a large bowl.
For the dressing, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar and oregano in a small bowl. Season to taste. Drizzle over salad and toss well.
