Ingredients

1 1/4 cups buckwheat flour
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 None egg
1/2 cup 2% or whole milk
4 tsp butter
10.5 oz Brie cheese, sliced
4 None ripe figs, cut into wedges
Preparation

Combine flour, 1/2 tsp salt and egg in a large bowl. Add milk and 1 cup water and mix until smooth. Chill for 1 hour.
Heat 1 tsp butter in 2 - 9 1/2 inch frying pans. Stir batter then add 1/4 mixture into each pan. Cook until golden brown then flip and cook the other side. Remove from pan and keep warm. Repeat with remaining butter and batter. Arrange on plates and top with cheese and figs.
