Easy Nachos Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz tortilla chips
    1 (13.5 oz) can kidney beans, rinsed, drained
    2 None tomatoes, chopped
    1 None green bell pepper, deseeded, chopped
    1/2 None small red onion, finely chopped
    3 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 None avocado, pitted and peeled
    1 None lime, juiced
    None None sweet chili sauce, to serve
    None None fresh cilantro leaves, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat broiler. Arrange tortilla chips in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. Combine beans, tomatoes, pepper and onion. Season. Distribute over tortilla chips. Sprinkle with cheese and broil for 5-10 mins, until hot and bubbling.
    Meanwhile, mash avocado with lime juice. Season. Dollop over hot nachos. Serve drizzled with sweet chili sauce and sprinkled with cilantro leaves.
