Pork Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb ground pork
    1/4 cup cilantro, ginger and sesame marinade
    1 tbsp vegetable or peanut oil
    6 oz rice vermicelli
    1 None small red onion, finely chopped
    1 None fresh long red chili, finely chopped
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
    1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint
    3 tsp lemon zest
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    None None cucumber slices, to serve
    None None red radish slices, to serve
    None None tomato wedges, to serve
    None None lemon wedges, to serve
    None None lettuce leaves, to serve
Preparation
    Combine ground pork and 1/2 the marinade in a large bowl. Reserve remaining marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 mins to marinate.
    Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry ground pork mixture, breaking up any lumps, for 3-4 mins, or until cooked through. Transfer to a large heatproof bowl. Add reserved marinade. Let cool slightly.
    Soak noodles in boiling water for 2-3 mins. Stir to separate strands then drain. Using kitchen scissors, cut noodles into short pieces.
    Add noodles, onion, chili, herbs, lemon zest and lemon juice to ground pork and mix to combine. Serve with cucumber, radish, tomato, lemon and lettuce.
