Spaghetti With Bacon And Tuna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    60 g bacon lardons
    1 None onion, peeled and finely chopped
    4 None sun dried tomatoes, chopped
    2 x 400 g cans chopped tomatoes
    400 g spaghetti
    100 g mixed pitted olives
    2 tbsp capers
    2 x 120 g cans tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
Preparation
    Cook the bacon in a large skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towels then coarsely crumble. Drain the drippings and wipe skillet clean. Heat the oil in the skillet on medium heat. Add the bacon, onion and sun-dried tomatoes and saute for 2-3 mins. Add the diced tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 mins.
    Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package directions. Drain.
    Add the olives, capers and tuna to the tomato mixture and mix well. Simmer for 5-8 mins. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve with the spaghetti.
