Mandarin Orange Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp lime juice
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    2 tsp sesame oil
    2 tsp brown sugar
    1 large red chili pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
    1 small cucumber, halved lengthwise, seeded and cut into 1/3-inch pieces
    1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges in syrup, drained
    4 None green onions, thinly sliced
    1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
    2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh mint
    2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
Preparation
    Mix lime juice, fish sauce, oil, sugar and chili pepper in a large bowl until sugar dissolves.
    Add cucumber, mandarin oranges, onions, cilantro and mint and stir. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
