Cranberry Biscotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 oz dried cranberries, chopped
    3 None medium eggs
    1 None lemon, zested
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and flour a baking sheet. For the dough, sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add the sugar and cranberries. Mix well. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and lemon zest, then add to the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
    Shape into a 12 inch log. Place on the baking sheet and bake 25 mins. Cool 10 mins then cut into 1/2 inch diagonal slices. Bake 15 more mins, until crisp and golden. Serve warm or store in an airtight container.
