Lamb With Tomato Salad And Mint Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup low-fat natural yogurt
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    None None salt and pepper to taste
    None None Lamb and Tomato Salad
    1 1/4 lbs lamb chops, trimmed
    1/2 None medium red onion, sliced thinly
    4 None small tomatoes, sliced thinly
    2 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
    2 tbsp fresh small mint leaves
    2 tsp ground sumac
    8 pieces pitta bread
Preparation
    To make mint yogurt, combine all ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate until needed.
    Cook the lamb on a heated, oiled grill or grill pan for about 10 minutes or until cooked as desired. Transfer to a warmed plate and cover to keep warm.
    Meanwhile, combine the onion, tomato, herbs, sumac and salt and pepper to taste in a medium bowl and toss gently.
    Serve sliced lamb with the tomato salad, pitta and mint yogurt sprinkled with a little extra mint, if desired.
