Blueberry Orange Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/3 cups self-rising flour, sifted
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup milk
1 None orange, zest and juice
9 tbsp butter, melted
1 1/3 cups blueberries
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a deep 8-inch loose-bottomed tart pan pan.
Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl. Add eggs, milk, zest, juice and butter. Mix until combined. Spoon into prepared pan.
Top with half of blueberries. Bake 20 minutes, top with remaining blueberries, and bake another 30 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
