Borlotti Beans With Tomato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 tbsp butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1.5 oz anchovy fillets, drained, finely chopped
    2 None Spanish onions, finely chopped
    3 None large tomatoes, finely chopped
    1 tbsp tomato paste
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil leaves
    1/2 tsp sugar
    2 1/4 lb borlotti beans, shelled
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large saucepan. Cook garlic, anchovies, onions and tomatoes until onions are transparent. Add tomato paste, basil, sugar and beans. Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 mins, or until beans are tender.
