Cod And Watercress Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups vegetable or fish stock
    1 None medium leek, trimmed and sliced into thin rings
    1/2 tsp red chili flakes
    1 lb skinless cod fillet, cut into chunks
    2 bunches mustard and/or watercress, roughly chopped
    1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
    Bring the stock to a boil. Add the leeks and simmer for 5 mins. Add the chili flakes and cod, cover and simmer for about 5 mins until the cod is just cooked. Add the greens and lemon juice. Season to taste and serve in warmed bowls.
