Chicken Burgers With Avocado And Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
    1 tbsp milk
    1 lb ground chicken
    4 None green onions, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, finely chopped
    2 None anchovy fillets, finely chopped
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp whole-grain mustard
    1/2 tsp lemon juice
    4 slices bacon, cut into thirds
    2 tsp olive oil
    4 None whole-grain burger buns, toasted
    4 leaves baby romaine lettuce
    1 None avocado, peeled, pitted, thickly sliced
Preparation
    Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a medium bowl. Add ground chicken, green onions, parsley and anchovies. Season then shape into 4 patties. Set aside.
    Combine mayonnaise, garlic, mustard and lemon juice in a small bowl. Set aside.
    Cook bacon in a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat for 2 mins per side, or until browned and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
    Add oil to pan. Cook patties over medium heat for 5 mins per side, or until just cooked through.
    Spread mayonnaise over toasted buns. Sandwich together with lettuce, patties, avocado and bacon.
