Caramel Chocolate Brownie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 tbsp (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, chopped
    7 oz semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    3 None eggs, lightly beaten
    2 cups flour
    1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, plus additional, for dusting
    7 oz soft caramel creams, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line a 9-inch square baking pan with foil.
    Stir the butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan on low heat until smooth.
    Transfer the mixture into a large bowl. Stir in the sugar and egg. Sift the flour and cocoa powder together, then stir into the batter until just combined. Spread half the batter in the prepared pan. Top with a layer of caramels, then the remaining batter.
    Bake for about 40 mins. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into squares. Dust with additional sifted cocoa powder to serve.
