Peanut Butter And Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    7 oz milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
    1/4 cup unsalted crunchy peanut butter
    3/4 cup crushed peanuts
Preparation
    Combine heavy cream and chocolate in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until smooth then stir in peanut butter. Transfer to a small bowl, cover and chill for 3 hours or overnight.
    Working with 1/4 of the chocolate mixture at a time (keep remainder chilled), roll rounded teaspoons of mixture into balls. Place on a tray and chill until firm.
    Working quickly, roll balls in crushed peanuts. Return to tray and chill until firm.
