Chorizo Toasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    2 None chorizo sausages, sliced
    2 tsp honey
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 slices sourdough, toasted
    None None Mixed salad, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a medium frying pan over low heat. Add chorizo and cook, stirring, for 8-10 mins or until lightly crisp and cooked. Remove pan from heat and immediately add honey, vinegar and garlic. Stir to combine and season to taste.
    Place sourdough on serving plates and top with chorizo mixture. Serve warm with salad.
