Apple And Cranberry Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None large green apples, peeled, cored, chopped coarsely
    2 None medium Spanish onions, chopped coarsely
    1 1/3 cups dried cranberries
    1 tsp ground ginger
    2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp cracked black pepper
    1 2/3 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
    2 cups cider vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook over high heat, without boiling, until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 1 hour, or until thick.
