Rose Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup butter
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    4 None eggs
    2 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup ground almonds
    4 tbsp 2% reduced fat milk
    1/3 lb marzipan
    1/2 cup powdered sugar, plus extra for dusting
    None None Green, yellow and red food coloring
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a 12-hole cupcake pan with paper liners. Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt with the whisk of a mixer. Add the eggs and beat until creamy. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and almonds and beat gradually into the egg mixture, alternating with the milk, until all are incorporated. Spoon evenly into the paper liners. Bake for 25 mins, or until a skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
    Knead the marzipan and powdered sugar together. Cut into 3 equal pieces and color 1 piece green, 1 piece yellow and the final piece orange (by mixing red and yellow food coloring).
    Cut out leaves from the green marzipan. Cut out petals from the orange and yellow marzipan and stick together to form roses. Dust the cupcakes with powdered sugar and decorate with the leaves and roses.
