Salmon Dip With Grissini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz) can red salmon, drained, skin and bones removed, flaked
7 oz ricotta cheese
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
None None grissini, to serve
Preparation

Combine salmon, ricotta, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill and garlic in a food processor and process until smooth. Season then transfer to a serving bowl and serve with grissini on the side.
