Barbecued Teriyaki And Orange Pork Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
    2 tbsp maple syrup
    1 tbsp grated ginger
    1 None orange, half peel grated and orange juiced
    4 None green onions, finely chopped
    1 tbsp oil
    2 1/4 lbs pork spare ribs, cut into 2-inch lengths
    None None Arugula, radish and celery salad, to serve
Preparation
    Combine teriyaki sauce, maple syrup, ginger, orange peel and juice, onions and oil in a large, shallow bowl. Add the pork ribs and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight to marinate, turning the pork several times. Let the pork stand at room temperature for 30 mins before cooking.
    Preheat the grill to medium. Drain the pork. Grill for 30-40 mins, brushing with the marinade and turning frequently, until cooked through. Serve with the salad.
