Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp oil
    1 None onion, cut into wedges
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp ginger, grated
    1 None small red chili (or 1 tsp chili flakes), deseeded, chopped
    1 1/4 lb stir-fry vegetables
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 tbsp chili sauce
    1 tbsp hoisin sauce
    1/4 cup macadamias, halved, roasted
    None None rice, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry onion, garlic, ginger and chili for 1 min, until tender. Add vegetables and stir-fry until just tender. Add soy sauce, chili sauce and hoisin sauce. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins, until bubbling.
    Sprinkle with macadamia nuts. Serve with rice.
