Strawberry Vanilla Ice Cream Pops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3.5 oz strawberries, hulled
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp lemon juice
    10.5 oz vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Combine the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a food processor and process until smooth. Divide the mixture between eight 1/4 cup popsicle molds.
    Cut the ice cream into 8 in the same shape as the molds but shorter and narrower. Push into the molds so the strawberry mixture comes up the sides. Insert a popsicle stick in the center of each. Freeze for 6 hours before serving.
