Thai Chicken And Lychee Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 can (20 oz) lychees in syrup, drained and halved
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
8 None green onions, thinly sliced
2 cups bean sprouts
1/2 cup firmly packed fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup firmly packed fresh cilantro leaves
None None FOR THE DRESSING
1 tsp finely grated lime peel
1 tsp sambal oelek (or other chili sauce)
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp fish sauce
Preparation

For the dressing, whisk ingredients in a small bowl.
Combine chicken, lychees, onions, bean sprouts, mint and cilantro in large bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad; toss gently to combine.
