Iced Coffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    100 g whipping cream
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    100 g Bourbon/Madagascan vanilla ice cream
    100 g Irish Cream Liqueur Ice cream ie. Baileys
    200 ml cold coffee
    2 tbsp coffee liqueur
    None None fine coffee powder for dusting
    4 None chocolates or chocolate decorations
    None None pastry bag with star nozzle tip
Preparation
    Whip the cream and vanilla extract until stiff with a hand mixer and add it to the pastry bag. Divide the ice cream between two glasses, then pour half of the cold coffee and liqueur into each. Pipe the cream on top and sprinkle with coffee powder. Garnish with the chocolates.
