Wasabi Almonds - cooking recipe

1 None egg white
1 tsp cornflour
1 tbsp wasabi paste
3 tsp wasabi
1 tsp salt
250 g almonds with skin
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Whip egg white until stiff. Fold in cornstarch, Wasabi paste, fresh Wasabi and salt. Add almonds and toss to coat. Spread out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 20 mins.
