Mini Turkey Meatball Sliders - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    21 oz ground turkey
    1/2 cup finely minced mushrooms
    1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
    1/4 cup low-fat milk
    1 None large egg
    1 1/2 - 2 tsp roasted garlic & herb seasoning, like McCormick
    2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
    10 None mini burger buns
    3 slices American cheese, quartered
    None None lettuce, turkey bacon and chipotle mayonnaise, to serve
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine turkey, mushrooms, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, seasoning and cilantro. Shape into 10 balls, each around 3 tbsp. Chill for 1 hour.
    Heat a skillet over medium heat. Coat with cooking spray then cook sliders for 8 mins, turning once. Assemble sliders on buns with cheese, lettuce, bacon and chipotle mayonnaise.
