Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large Granny Smith apples
    3 tbsp butter, melted
    1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
    1/2 cup raisins
    None None Cream or custard, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Core unpeeled apples about three-quarters of the way down from stem end, making hole 1 1/2 inch in diameter. Use small, sharp knife to score around center of each apple.
    Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pack filling firmly into apples. Stand apples upright in small baking dish.
    Bake for 45 mins. Serve with cream or custard.
