Royal Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None egg white
    1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
    1/2 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
    Lightly beat egg white in a small bowl. Add powdered sugar, 1 tbsp at a time, beating well after each addition. When icing reaches the desired consistency, add lemon juice and beat to combine. Cover surface of icing directly with plastic wrap while not using.
