Mixed Berry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz frozen raspberries
    10.5 oz frozen blackberries
    10.5 oz frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    4 1/2 cups sugar
Preparation
    Bring berries, 2 cups water and lemon juice to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins.
    Add sugar and stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil. Boil, stirring occasionally, for 15 mins, or until jam sets (when a teaspoon of jam placed on a chilled plate wrinkles when touched).
