Bellini - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 tbsp peach nectar
1 tbsp peach schnapps
1 tsp lime juice
2/3 cup chilled dry white sparkling wine

Preparation

Place peach nectar, peach schnapps and lime juice in chilled champagne flute; stir gently.
Top with chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with a peach wedge.
