Sausage And Spinach Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb puff pastry
    2 cups spinach leaves
    10 None skinless spicy beef sausages
    1 None large egg, beaten
    1 tbsp sesame seeds
    None None tomato sauce, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
    Roll the pastry out into a rectangle on a floured work surface, then cut the pastry into 10 squares. Divide the spinach between the squares, leaving a 1/2 inch edge.
    Place 1 sausage at the end of each square. Brush the edges with a little egg, then roll the pastry up tightly, pressing to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared tray.
    Brush the rolls with the remaining egg and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Bake for 20-25 mins, until the sausage is cooked through and the pastry is golden. Serve with tomato sauce.
