Creamy Pan Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 None carrots, cut into sticks
    2 None zucchini, cut into sticks
    2 None yellow peppers, seeded and cut into strips
    8 oz baby new potatoes, cooked
    8 None green onions, halved
    3/4 cup sour cream
    1 tbsp chopped tarragon
    None None tarragon sprigs and extra sour cream to garnish
Preparation
    Stir-fry chicken in oil for 10 minutes, or until cooked. Remove from pan.
    Add vegetables and stir-fry for 8 minutes. Return chicken to the pan and add sour cream and tarragon, season and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Garnish and serve.
